Stage Directions: The League of Chicago Theatres and Choose Chicago will present the first annual Chicago Theatre Week February 12-17, 2013. The Week will celebrate the history and tradition behind Chicago theatre, and will encourage people to see a show. More than 100 theatres will participate in the event by offering specially-priced tickets as well as special events like talk back with artists, drink specials and hotel and restaurant discounts.
