Quantum's makes 'Maria' more than a show

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "It's a contemporary opera. It's a musical history lesson. It's a surrealistic metaphor about the evolution of dance and an urban community. However you decide to classify it, Quantum Theatre's 'Maria de Buenos Aires' is a piece of theater that's as mesmerizing as it is challenging.

It is great to hear about what is going on with theatre in the city of Pittsburgh. I al ways look forward to hearing about the shows that Quantum Theater is doing in the city. I know that they had to delay the opening of there show due to accessibility problems. I am glad that they could fix the problem and now that it is open I hope that I can get to go and see it. The one thing that I may not like is the fact that most of the show is in Spanish and some of it has subtitles but I don’t like to see shows that are like that because you have to read and look at what is going on stage, subtitles I think detract from you concentrating on the creativity of what you are seeing. I am anxious to see the show.
