N.E.A Chairman Testifies on Capitol Hill
NYTimes.com: The chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, Rocco Landesman, delivered his first budget testimony before a House subcommittee on Tuesday, arguing for the arts as a source of jobs and an economic stimulus.
