‘West Side Story’ Is Tight, Tough, Not to Be Missed (Update1)
Bloomberg.com: "“West Side Story” is back! The Laurents-Bernstein-Sondheim-Robbins landmark musical returns in an important production to Broadway’s Palace Theatre, tweaked and directed by its indomitable 91-year-old librettist, Arthur Laurents. Whether you’ve seen several mountings of it or none, you will want to catch this one."

I really want to see a production of WSS that is really done well. I've done the show twice and not liked either production. I'm glad to see some of these older revivals being one and bringing such great shows back to life; however, I really wish that it they would start coming out with more original works, too. There is only so long people will continue coming to see shows that have already been done. Still, I'd really like to see the show and hope I can make it. The designs look promising, too.
