This has become a major deal for the theatre community back home, which I'm trying to find work in for the summer. Most of the endowments and the funding for shows has gone down almost HALf of the budgets in the past years. There are many theatre folks out of business already, since Charlotte is such a major banking city and the economy is falling substantially.
I really hope this economy turns around soon so the entertainment industries, along with other businesses can get back on track.
