Accomplish More: Work At Your Peak Times Of Day
Dumb Little Man: "All of us have peaks and troughs of energy at particular times of day. There will be some hours when you can storm through work, block out distractions, and feel on top of the world. And at other times, all you’ll want to do is curl up on the sofa with a mug of coffee."

This is a very interesting article; however, I would have to disagree with the working at home idea. I always find I do my best work away from home and where I sleep, at least here at college. For example, when I go home to my dorm, I find it incredibly hard to accomplish anything besides sleep.
Otherwise, this article presents some nice information.
