Theater review: With open mind, 'Avenue Q' is clever fun
Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "Those familiar with the puppets that live on 'Sesame Street' and in 'Mister Rogers' Neighborhood' might be surprised or distressed to learn that puppets have sex lives."

yeah. great.
great production, wonderful show, blah blah blah.
except...it was put up at the exact time that barely any cmu students could actually SEE it.
now, who can control that?
no one.
but i mean, one more day, monday even, wouldn'tve been so bad...
though i don't think any performances ever happen on mondays, who careS?
always time for a change!
I saw the show last night and I loved it. It was what I expected but at the same time there were plently of surprises that were just enjoyable. The author of this artilce is correct in that I found myself caring for the puppets and wondering what was gonna happen to them. Even though the audience can see the people that do the voices of the puppets most of the time your eyes were still on the puppets. Another things was the set. I was amazed that at the same time the set had to be accomidate the normal actors and the puppets at the same time. It was a great show and I would suggest it to everyone to see.
I saw this in NYC and loved it. The show itself was clever and entertaining. It was also cool because media was used to add to the show, and it did, but not as a standard big projection across the back, rather two flat screen tvs mounted on the quasi-box boom added short videos and other supporting media, most of which were extremely funny.
