Freezing in May
The Stranger: "Short version: This week, two theaters—the Rep (budget $9.6 million) and ArtsWest (budget $794,000)—both announced they would be doing I Am My Own Wife in May of 2008. Both were surprised by the other’s announcement—having two productions of the same play in the same season just ain’t done."

It's crazy that both theatres ended up choosing the same play, though from the brief description of it, it seemed like a fairly likely choice of play in these days. As to who I feel should get the rights, well I really don't have an opinion on that because I don't know anything at all about the theatres, however, I kind of feel that the ArtsWest should get it because of the way I feel about the budgeting in both theatres.
