Slow Down, Multitaskers, and Don’t Read in Traffic
New York Times: "Several research reports, both recently published and not yet published, provide evidence of the limits of multitasking. The findings, according to neuroscientists, psychologists and management professors, suggest that many people would be wise to curb their multitasking behavior when working in an office, studying or driving a car."

I certainly get this one. It seems that this is solid advice for Carnegie simply because we need to slow down. When knowing whether or not you have new mail rules your life you are being manipulated by technology. Sadly, as an industry that has always been about time is money moves into the future I would solidly say we have resigned ourselves to such a life.
