I think its not so much an issue of noticing if women have a brain...I feel like males are more concerned wth the safety of women in shop situations and during tech. I'm not sure if its a biological instinct or what, but something makes them more prone to give harder more dangerous jobs to men and keep the women in the safe zone. I'm not sure its as bad as the actress says it is, I just think that she may be a diva.
