'renegade' is the pen that recycles plastic bottles into 3D printed sculptures
www.designboom.com: ‘renegade’ was born with the aim of being the perfect solid tool to eliminate overpriced 3D printing filaments and to save the environment by directly recycling and reusing household plastic waste for 3D printing. the sustainable technology specializes in one thing, and one thing only — it prints models by recycling plastic bottles, files, and bags. it does this providing a great 3D printing experience with no compromises.

This is such a great product and idea. The 3-D printing that everyone is aware of it intimidating and expensive. But with this product, everything becomes a lot easier. By using recycled plastics, you are making it a lot cheaper to make the 3-D printing and for people to buy and use. Everybody who is aware of 3-D printing loves the idea and wants the chance to use it. But usually it's it's to unrealistic to purchase. So, I happy they made something that is not only accessible but also environmentally friendly. I can't wait to see how far they go with this product. Right now it's just a pen, but of they expanding on this idea, this can become larger machines and products for more practical uses.
