PLSN: Clay Paky, the Italian manufacturer is getting ready for a new phase in its history. Pasquale Quadri, founder and current President, has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the company by OSRAM, one of the two leading light manufacturers in the world. After the acquisition, Clay Paky will continue to operate from its production and administrative head office in Bergamo. The acquisition is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
