The Wicked Stage: There's been a fair amount of rumbling from L.A. theater folks I know and/or follow via the indispensable site Bitter Lemons about a coming "war" over the long-contested Equity 99-Seat Plan. I'm not sure if the martial metaphor is really helpful, but suffice to say: What I've heard and read so far makes me very interested to see where the discussion goes.
