As much as producers of Spider-Man are happy to make the settlement, I am pretty sure that audiences are happy to hear the news. Although I have no information or I have not seen the show yet, I have been noticed several times about the law suits going on, which brought a lot of problems in the show. Even though the details of agreements are not announced yet, I really hope that their agreement is best option for both of them, so they do not have to affect the show that every audience waited to see. I think if this kind of law suit happens again, this will definitely harm both people's reputation in terms of collaborating together. I hope that this settlement will bring peace once again and they really focus on attract more audience and show more things to the audience from now on.
