I am simply amazed that a basement theatre in a residential neighborhood like this has lasted a full 100 years. Of course I am disappointed that a theatre is going under, but it is not an uncommon trend for the small houses with minimal seating capacities are the first to go, and someone. I can see the operating expenses what was formerly a residential home being rather high to consider continuing runs.
