This article is great at taking about making payments to an arena form the rivers casino but they are not giving the arena a name or what they are taking about. So I am some what lost about this and what they are taking about. The only thing that I can think of is that it is the new penguins new arena that they are building. But that is nice of them that they are making payments for the arena but I am sheer that was part of the deal for building the casino.
I am new to pittsburgh, but I am guessing this is the new Penguins arena. I think it is good to have the casino give back the community, considering that a casino typically sucks the money away from the poor. I wonder though if the casino is making enough money to support paying this amount of money out to the arena. Maybe it is because I am not 21, but I have no experienced much hype over the casino. I hope that the casino is going well considering the jobs it provides and that money it took to build it.
For those that have posited as such, this is not about the new hockey arena.
