Something I noticed throughout all the awards given, that a lot of them were received by companies or corporations, rather than individuals. I understand that companies are the thing that put these items on the market, but a person, or group of people actually created these items. Why not give credit to the names of the individuals who used their noggin to make these things get to where they are today. I'm sure they have received credit, but it's just something to keep in mind I suppose.
I really wish I could have been at LDI this year because some really great products came out. The one I am really excited about is the ETC Prodigy, that got an honorable mention. This product has been under wraps for months, and its great to finally learn what it is. I'm excited to see what it can do. Also, I heard about a box you can hang from two airline cables, then hang a moving light on it, and it will compensate for the motion of the moving light, and keep it steady. Very cool.
