Garth Drabinsky Sentenced for Livent Fraud
NYTimes.com: "The former Broadway theater producer Garth H. Drabinsky was sentenced to seven years in prison on Wednesday for defrauding the shareholders of his production company, Livent, of 500 million Canadian dollars, or more than $400 million. His former business partner, Myron I. Gottlieb, received a six-year sentence."
