In terms of a design the set is fantastic! It goes from being one thing to something completly different the next. Very versatile and the best part is each scene or set portrays a different feeling and atmosphere. Atmosphere is one of the most important things to consider in a design now, espically as theater breaks away from presentations and more into experiences.
I wish the designer had talked more about his actual vision. Looking at models is great but I would have liked more detail about the theme and why certain elements were there or not there. For example the pipe hanging down is really interesting but why choose to do that? What were you trying to say?

hey there - really like your blog - has actually given me some ideas for mine: Chicago Theater Blog.
And thanks so much for the mention - you brought a number of people to my site, and that's much appreciated. I'll be sure to place you on my blog list
