Virtual and Live Actors Join on Stage
Discovery Channel: "In a theatrical first, actors working in real time from remote locations recently were beamed onto a stage where they performed with live, in the flesh actors for an audience that experienced one seamless, three-dimensional show, according to the University of Central Florida."

This type of performance says a lot for those involved especially the actors. It's amazing what technology can do these days but it's even more amazing that they're planning to do 3 live shows simultaneously. The fact that it looks THAT real is unbelievable.. I'd love to see the Alice Experiments in Wonderland performance. It would be life-changing I'm sure.
I think that the places that technology are going are amazing but at the same time I wonder if some of the experience is lost through these projected actors on stage. Yes it is still a live interaction but I feel that something might be lost from the overall experience if the actor isn't actually there in the performance space.
