Post Gazette: "Let's be clear: this is not your parents' 'Tommy.'
Although artistic director Anthony Marino used the words 'raucous' and 'revolutionary' to describe English rock group The Who's ground-breaking musical, he stressed that Stage Right's production, like the Tony-winning 1993 Broadway show, is really about family."

I wish I could find more information on this. Does anyone know if there are any photos from the production up on the web? I'm really interested in seeing how they incorporated the digital animation. I've never seen Tommy, so I'm not sure how it's traditionally done. In my opinion, the best way to experience this rock opera is on vinyl.
