Berkley upbeat about labor-friendly measure
In Business Las Vegas: "Rep. Shelley Berkley, D-Nev., on Feb. 22 told leaders from several unions that the House would soon pass the Employee Free Choice Act. This is an act that, among other things, legalizes card checks as a way to bring a union into a company."
