This article is OK, but it would be more useful if it talked about how to respond when someone uses one of this idea killers. When do you have to go on insisting or when is it better to stop putting pressure? Is there an effective way to be heard or if the other person has the power and doesn´t want to listen to you, you have no chance at all? Good start for the article but I think it doesn´t explore all the possibilities about the issue.

The not to do list for our production meetings. Sometimes these responces just slip out. The out of Scope, or out of budget seems to be always on the tip of someones tounge. I agree with Laura that a list of come backs to the idea killers would be useful. I do enjoy the "do you want a pony".... I think I'll keep that one in my pocket
