So I made a mistake when i bought my last phone- Its not an iphone. With all these useful applications, its a wonder anyone can survive without one anymore! There are of course the not so useful apps, the ones that would distract me for hours (tetrus/air traffic controler/soduku) that were my reason for not getting an iphone, but it seems this huge variety of programs outweighs that issue. Next phone- an iphone (or at least an ipod touch)

so i did not know that i hones had that many apps for theater and diednt parts of theater. it seems like the i phone can do any thing you wont it to do. i have an i phone i and this article makes me feel like i am not using it to its fullest poetical and not doing enough with it. some of the apps in this are some what expensive but i am sher that they are worth the cost. also some of them are quite reasonable for an app. i might think of get some of them to use and play with. this was a very insightful article.

As someone who does not have a smartphone (but has been considering getting one) it is interesting seeing what apps people are creating. I think most of these iPhone apps weren't made for something specific to the iPhone, but that it is essentially a computer that people are carrying in their pocket. I do wonder about the quality of the audio apps listed, however; the SPL and RTA apps depend on the microphone, and I worry that the iPhone's mic won't provide reliable or accurate readings.
