Milwaukee M12 Crown Stapler 2447-21
Pro Tool Reviews: I’ve been looking for a better stapler for over 20 years. I’ve used them all, from the plain silver Stanley and Arrow models, to the reverse handle Powershot products. All of them do the job with some degree of efficiency, but over time hand fatigue always sets in. And let’s not talk about hammer tackers and jams! Milwaukee Tool has a great solution for Pros in the siding, flooring, and insulation trades…or anyone doing renovation.

There are certainly a lot of tool articles this week! This little stapler really seems like a great idea. This is not the first of its kind by any means, but the more the merrier. T-50 staplers are quite useful in a lot of situations, largely because cordless by nature. However, it can be hard to accurate them. The spring-loaded trigger is quite a hefty pull and in some situations you are in a position where it’s very difficult to achieve that required pull. An electric trigger is far more comfortable to use on a normal basis and I would much prefer that on my stapler. There is also a power adjustment which I have not seen on electric T-50s before. It is pretty often that you have a very particular need for how deep you want your T-50 and this adjustment could get those staples really in there when you want and easily removable when you need that option.
Super, super cool. I honestly haven’t seen many models of stapler like this, and I’m not surprised the first one I am seeing is a Milwaukee brand. I am also not surprised it’s receiving good marks as they typically make good quality products but this ProTool blog definitely has a history of liking Milwaukee products for their work, too. I think a cool feature of this product is the power adjustment knob, something you don’t see on the standard models. The crazy factoid I found in this article is that the average M12 stapler can take up to 20lbs of force to activate the hammer and that sounds like a lot. I now understand why my wrist cannot handle a whole morning worth of stapling. As someone with a permanent wrist injury, this compact, lightweight, and efficient model to the normal M12 stapler seems like a fantastic idea and at $99 a piece with pre-existing battery capabilities, this Milwaukee product definitely seems worth it.
Sweet another tool article about cordless tools this time the Milwaukee M12 Crown Stapler 2447-21. This seems like a pretty cool tool on the surface and it seemed like it preforms very well which makes me happy. The reason this makes me happy is because I really like the idea of have a cordless battery operated brad nailer alongside with a cordless crown stapler, mostly for the noise factor when you need to be doing notes during tech or possibly fixing something during load in. I see this find its maximum utility with it be used in venues or on jobs where have a air tank in the room would be extremely distracting. Or if this could be kind of nice if you need to make touch up notes from a genie lift. In short cool new tool that I don’t see fully replacing pneumatics in the shop but maybe it might replace them in load ins, I hope so atleast I like my hearing
