Professional Wireless Systems Tackles Complex Frequency Coordination Needs at Super Bowl XLVII

Lighting&Sound America Online - News: As football fans gathered at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and in front of television sets around the world for Super Bowl Sunday, Professional Wireless Systems (PWS), a Masque Sound Company a supplier in supporting wireless systems for live and broadcast events, was on location in New Orleans to provide its frequency coordination and RF management for referee microphones, as well as pre-game and halftime entertainment.

As the A2 for Spring Awakening, I've realized that even dealing with a relatively small wireless microphone system like the one we are using for the show is a sometimes frustrating task, and one that requires quite good troubleshooting skills. The RF coordination for an event as immense as the Superbowl is a huge job, and one that hopefully nobody will notice, because if people notice, then there is an issue with the RF system. There are so many issues that can affect wireless systems, and pinning down what exactly is causing the problem is a giant job.
