And yet another award that is lacking detail in their description and it is very subjective. Then again, all awards are subjective to some group. but what does "has not yet achieved significant commercial success" mean? Ok, so Stephen Schwartz will not win the award, but who was eligible?. What if some fantastic composer was overlooked because they are working in some small town? Think all awards are a publicity hoax and a way to drive in money. Yet... we like to get them because we feel recognized... we all want to be recognized!!!
