I am so excited to see the "Smallest Rosewood Square". Trying to get a 90 angle on a tiny model can be a real pain and this tool is wonderful! I am ready to buy one for myself! I'll test it out and let you know how it is!
The Black and Decker's Smartdriver really makes me wonder about where tools are going. The idea of having a built in screw holder is cool, but I do agree that it looks somewhat flimsy. But really, I never realized that a screw gun needed that many features. Generally I've always assumed that people can line up screws with the wall and then push them in with pretty much any screw gun. It almost looks like this entire screw gun was designed around the little screw holding arm feature. The shape of the overall body makes me wonder some as well, it just looks a little bit too off balance, especially with the whole extendo thing off the front.
The whole Smartdriver thing is sort of interesting, but REALLY? Is this really going to speed up production rates? I dont think so. It looks kinda weird. It looks like that holder could get broken off easily since its jutting out and not really supported. Also, the small square looks really handy.
