To be honest, I have done all the things that are listed in the article... and I have the impression I´m not the only one. The problem arises when that´s all you do at work.
To me, there are ideas missing. The best way someone has to blow up his/her professional career is having a personal relationship with someone at the workplace (especially if it´s his/her boss). He/she knows he´ll eventually get out of the job...

I currently work on the weekends and many of the people I work with do these same actions. I am not saying I am never guilty of this, but it is annoying to be working hard and to see other people talking or not working.
