Cletus Anderson dies; dean of Pittsburgh theater designers

Post Gazette: "Cletus Anderson, dean of Pittsburgh set and costume designers for stage and screen and inspiration to some of the most successful designers nationwide, died March 16 at his Squirrel Hill home. He was 69."

It truly is the end of an era. The world has lost a great teacher, designer and general resident genius.

Unfortunately I was not all that familiar with the many accomplishments this man made until this week. After reading some of these articles, it is truly amazing to see how a person can influence so much. His legacy will live on in the education that his students continue to pass down.
