"Debunking" an interview can be quite tricky. Interviews are usually nerve wracking, and intimidating. This article does a nice job of outlining some key steps to making yourself comfortable and hirable. Though I feel dressing for the environment in which you are interviewing is extremely important, there is a line that I feel one should not cross. Looking professional while laid back is possible. Sometimes it’s hard to admit your faults, however, while doing so I agree that it is important to always deliver statements with confidence. Confidence is attractive, and lets face it, people like pretty people. This article veers off track for me when it states to "never let them see you sweat." How is one supposed to admit their faults, while not breaking a sweat? Though I don't actually like doing this myself, it is sometimes crucial to understand that you were wrong. I think the key missing point to this article is that you must learn from your mistakes and past experiences, and communicate the growth you've experience from those histories.
