SCRAP (Steel City Robotic Art Project) Debuts @ the Three Rivers Film Festival Tomorrow
Pittsburgh Art + Technology: "The Steel City Robotic Art Project (SCRAP) is a nascent festival centered around robotic art in Pittsburgh, PA. For 2009/2010 it takes its first incarnation – SCRAP Satellites – a festival formed from a constellation of mini-festivals each in orbit around a larger Pittsburgh festival."
