Not quite sure how I feel about this one. On the one hand, I'm glad that Live Nation is loosing some control over the market in terms of venues -- don't really care that they have a lot of money. On the other, it would seem that ATG is becoming the LiveNation of Europe, which isn't necessarily a good thing. When it comes to arts, I'm not desperately a fan of conglomerate organizations, especially ones who are reported to not treat their employees as they should. We'll have to see where this goes, but I'm wary.
