Atlanta's Theatrical Outfit Goes Green: "The 200-seat Balzer, named for board president and philanthropist Bill Balzer and his wife, Peg, is the only freestanding 'green' theatre in the country, according to H. Jay Enck of Commissioning & Green Building Solutions in Buford, Ga., who oversaw the project for the U.S. Green Building Council in Washington, D.C."
