Chicago theater's unsung heroes
Chicago Tribune: "In more recent times, our actors aren't so much celebrities, or celebrity wannabes, as journeymen pros. They're heart and soul to our theater, nurturing its craft and art. No one summed up their plight better than Vincent Crummles, the irrepressible traveling thespian in 'Nicholas Nickleby.'"
