I'd Make a Great Employee -- Trust Me!
LinkedIn: A big shock to a lot of job-seekers is the degree to which the job-search world has changed since the last time they job-hunted. The old job-search world is still with us, but it's creaky and riddled with termites. The time you spend filling out endless online forms and taking online tests, waiting for some hopeful word from the employer and generally being dissed and ignored is like a prison sentence.

Agreed: the way in which people are forced to look for and apply to jobs through technology has resulted in a higher demand for proof of intelligence, creativity, responsibility, etc. through official documents like high school diplomas as apposed to meeting a person and having them tell you about themselves and their accomplishments. This system has proven employees, especially in service jobs, are less equipt with customer service skills.
