This is a really interesting Project Management software. It reminds me a little bit of Evernote in that you can have multiple "Notebooks" or "Boards", and then you can have individual "Notes" or "Cards" on each board. However, you can do a lot more than just take notes with Trello. One of the major pluses to Trello is that you can upload and attache documents to a card or checklist item. This way you don't have to find the file to reference, it's right there. It's also pretty cool that the program can import documents from your computer or from Google Drive and Dropbox. You can make this software work with the other things you're already using. I like that you can invite members and then assign tasks to them as well. That's a great feature for working with a team or an assistant on a project. I do wish you could assign a task to someone who wasn't a member of your board. That way you can manage a project on your own board without needing to share it with anyone else, or you can track things in the event that a certain person on your team doesn't want to download and use this software. I'd be interested to see where this software goes. I can already imagine using this program for keeping track of all the paperwork I would need to create as the stage manager on a production.
