Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "Many authors have reworked the fairy tale 'Cinderella' over the years, including the Brothers Grimm, who produced their well-known German version in 1812.
But have you heard the one about Cinderella's long-lost twin brother, Bob?"

This struck my eye because I actually worked for a company at home that did this show. I, personally, hated the show and still have no idea as to why this was written.
The article describes it well; however, I still do not see what it gives people except another one of those stupid shows trying to be funny when it really isn't. I could see a reason for doing it if the original story and plot had no merit or attention paid to it, but its Cinderella...plenty of kids know the story. Perhaps I'm just bitter.
I don't know. I've seen and worked on my share of shows that are "money raisers"--mainly, just presented to raise some extra cash--not for any emotional or thought-provoking material. Charlotte, NC, where I'm from has a very "children's theatre geared" theatre community.
Just my two cents from seeing this show a few years ago. It just made me want to barf.
This production sounds really interesting, because who would have thought Cinderella had twin brother? The whole summary and plot is funny and make me to watch it. It sucks that Andrew didn't like them, but still, I want to watch them sometime. Can it be that bad ?
