Performance Anxiety for Arlington Arts Groups

Washington Post: "This unusual situation developed primarily because Arlington gives arts groups spaces for performance, rehearsals and workshops, instead of large grants. Under the umbrella of its Arts Incubator, the county is working with 55 arts groups and nine arts spaces (compared with 10 groups in 1990)."
