Rich Spend on Art; Lower-Price Works Languish, U.K. Survey Says
Bloomberg.com: Muse Arts: "Last month, separate reports by research company ArtTactic Ltd. and insurance group Hiscox Ltd. said that sales are suffering for less exceptional contemporary pieces, while billionaires such as Russia's Roman Abramovich still pay high prices for trophies."
