Fall Protection Codes Updated
Sightlines: "ANSI/ASSE Z359.-1992 was reaffirmed in 1999 with no changes as Z359.1-1992 (R1999). A few years ago it was decided a complete revision of the standards were needed, and last year four new standards were completed and Z359.1 was revised."

Do they have new standards for getting people down? No matter, I don't feel like falling to my death at any time in a theatre, and so the prevention of that is key. Ten years is a long time for a safety standard to be updated. The technology used has changed since it was lasted written making it out dated.
