Reading through this list, I realized that I already do some of these things to get my creative juices running. Some of these ideas are new and will be good to try out when i have something to do, but cant get any ideas. I am a fan of the "start somewhere" idea. It is always a help to get something on the paper, no matter how good or bad it is because it allows you to get started working.
Artist block is the WORST! I started high school with a major focus on fine art, but in the later years I pivoted to more of the stage management side and put my creativity (in an artistic way, at least,) on the backburner and treated it more as a hobby. Now in undergrad and taking a pretty difficult design class that really challenges one’s ideas and perceptions on art, it's been interesting getting back into that creative hat and coming up with ideas that are original and inspired. From this list, I know I have definitely utilized the “Drink too much coffee,” “Meet new people,” and “Experiment randomly.” However, I don’t resonate with the tip “Shut out the world.” It can be nice to meditate or take time with your own thoughts occasionally, but I always feel much more inspired when I do some research and see what inspires me.
