This is interesting to read in terms of what I've read in the articles about the Broadway strike and producer scams in general. Landesman seems like an honest guy especially after he said not all producers are crooks... most of them aren't. Though nothing can be assumed this interview answers some questions I never thought to ask such as the advertising and what the demographic of the audience is in terms of locals and tourists.
