Time management: everybody needs it but nobody knows how to do it. This article simply made me more aware of my issues and gave me the ability to think, above all else. It is important to slow down and process what is going on around you. It helps you concentrate and focus in on what the actual issue is. I'm sure there are a lot of us that get flustered in stressful situations, but if we slow down and look at it, we can solve it a lot faster than when we have a break down.
