That "United 93" movie makes me very upset. I remember when all of the catastrophes were happening in 2002. Film makers made pacts not to make movies about these various incidents because they would be inaccurate and offensive. Why, all of a sudden, are we making films about them? Did everyone forget? How jarring, to have to see someone elses interpretation of your loved one's death.
"United 93" should not have been produced as a film in the first place. We are still living in a time where the war on terrorism is seen on every news channel daily. Having family and friends who were directly related to 9/11, and the fact that I witnessed it all makes me cringe at the fact that Hollywood can see this day as a money maker. I feel that it is tasteless and has no respect whatsoever for the families whos memories are forever tainted by this day.
Though I am an avid Disney fan and...of course a cast member, I find this opportunity to be a very inviting way to get children to learn more about the theater. Just another way to bring the Disney charm to where you live. I on the other hand would be the first in line to pay 75 bucks and of course would ask for my famous disney discount!
I do not know why they would need this "glass staircase" on the TKT booth? Are we not just wasting tax payers money so an architect can build something irrelevant to the design that already stands? I know NYC and esp. time sq. is all about being flashy but, i mean come on...thanks but no thanks
