I think its really interesting specifically what tony says in this installment of the interview about how to get a job with WDI. You have to have something that sets you apart. Like the artist with the engineer's mind. That is also one thing that makes me really want to work for them is the fact that the two disciplines are so entangled in what they do. I also think its really interesting that as american of a company that The Walt Disney Company is, they are focusing a tremendous amount of their efforts right now, specifically WDI in asia so the language background is suddenly a strength of an applicant.

What a fascinating article. He is absolutely right when talking about those small things that will help you land a job. A few times myself I have been offered a position over someone else based on the fact that I was CPR/FirstAid certified or could speak Spanish. In an industry that is so small and competitive, anything to help you on to the next level will pay off in the long run, especially the seemingly small things.
