Rate the Dress: 20s crepe chiffon and bows

The Dreamstress: It’s been 11 months since I’ve done a Rate the Dress post. It’s just been an incredibly rubbish couple of years for me, and I haven’t had the mental focus needed to produce two well thought-out blog posts every week, which is what’s required for a consistent Rate the Dress + this not being an only Rate the Dress blog .
