The 14th Annual Jimmy Awards, featuring the next generation of theater artists, presented live at Broadway’s Minskoff Theatre

DC Theater Arts: Tonight (Monday, June 26) the 14th Annual National High School Musical Theatre Awards, better known as the Jimmy Awards, named for Broadway impresario James M. Nederlander and serving as a catalyst for more than $6,000,000 in educational scholarships, took place live at the Minskoff Theatre to celebrate outstanding student achievement, recognizing individual artistry in vocal, dance, and acting performance by 96 nominees from 48 coast-to-coast regional awards programs, sponsored by presenters of touring Broadway productions throughout the US.
