I am pleasantly surprised by how well this tool performed. Obviously, it did not blow anything out of the water, however, I wasn't expecting much from it at all. To be honest, I was expecting it to pretty much be complete garbage. That being said, it is definitely geared for the average DIYer and nothing more. When I first heard that Walmart was going to start making tools, I was immediately interesting in who was going to be manufacturing their tools. I was not surprised to find that they were going to be manufactured by Techtronic Industries Company Limited, or TTI. TTI manufactures tools for other large name brands like Hoover, Dirt Devil, Ryobi and even Milwaukee. While there is a difference between the manufacturing of all these brands, it is interesting to see that one companies make two extremes when it comes to tools; with Hart and Ryobi on one side, known as ok and being good for DIYers, and Milwaukee on the other hand, known for being profession grade and used by many industry professionals.
