I found this article to be very good in articulating how important it is to be an leader in today's economy. Leader's are an essential part of the workforce and we need them now more then ever as jobs are being created and reinvented in the age of automation. How more then ever they need to be versatile and adaptable to situations that may arise. I feel as though that's also something I'm seeing as I start college and look forward in life seeing how the understanding of others and others disciplines is vital to be successful in whatever I want to do. And the article is also really great in pointing out how important and helpful it is to be a life long learner and not just want to but actively go out and search help and knowledge to help one's personal value. Overall it's a great article about how leaders should think knew and big but also listen and collaborate from others to mix and match the perfect combination to make the system (job) work best for them and their employees.

I really enjoyed the piece of this article that emphasized the importance of being a lifelong learner. Understanding that being a professional does not mean that one does not have all of the answers and understand every process and theory that accompanies a job is an undervalued thing because without that understanding, we tend to close ourselves off to advancing along with our field. In my experience, when a leader acknowledges that they are open to learning more from simple trial and error to someone who may be less advanced in their field, their humility earns them respect from those who work with them. I also enjoyed the section about the correlations between leaders that drive change and entrepreneurs. Their intentional curiosity and motivation towards creativity, learning, and action drives them towards success when faced with big problems within their projects and communities. From there, they are capable of guiding their team in the direction of solutions and achievement of goals.
